Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from riccad. If your order has been damaged during shipping, we offer a straightforward return policy. Here’s how it works:

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must have been damaged during shipping.
  • Return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Underwear and swimwear for hygiene reasons
  • Items that are not damaged during shipping

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at contact@riccad.com or through our contact page.
  • Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return, including photos of the damage.
  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions and a return authorization number (RMA).
  • Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include the RMA number.
  • Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage during shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged during shipping. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact our customer service team at contact@riccad.com.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@riccad.com.
